At Keene Ideas, our working process begins with a discovery meeting to understand your companies
overall goals, as well as history in the marketplace.
The success of many visual projects can be traced back to a clear understanding of the specific
demographic market base being targeted. Once that is clear, the design team can begin formulating
a message and help you develop a structured approach to a successful campaign.
From the initial meeting, the process rapidly moves into the detailed proposal and joint strategy
sessions to layout the time line and specific elements for project management. Once completed and
approved, the initial proofs and concepts are scrutinized and refined for final approval.
Tracking the response of an advertising, viral, or promotional campaign is key to measuring the
success or failure of any marketing objective. As with all business, the financial matrix for the
campaign and branding we develop is an integral part of the overall mission at Keene Ideas Creative.
The most important element of the process is the follow-up and on-going measurement of the
marketing to make sure the brand strategy and time line, as well as tracking tools have provided us
with enough information to gauge the success of the project.

4. PERSONAL PROFILE > Doni Keene, CCO
A veteran Marketing, Sales and Advertising Design executive whose experience encompasses over
twenty-five years in multiple industries. Sustaining key leadership roles and consulting with fortune
100 and 500 companies including Universal Studios, where he managed incremental sales efforts and
helped develop the successful “Rock the Universe” annual event. Racing industry brand management
with Gordon Motorsports, and educational and training program development for Jay Strack’s Student
Leadership University. Recently developing the launch of the Engage Institute’s training DVD’s for Pub-
lic education and leadership training. It’s his unique blend of business experience, vision and creativity
that serves as the cornerstone of his impact with any business venture & partnership. In addition, he
has extensive experience in licensing, including partnering his intellectual properties with major brands,
manufactures and retailers.
His experience in Sales Management, Marketing and Advertising Design give Keene Ideas Creative
the necessary skills to manage the Marketing & Branding efforts of any scale project, with primary
emphasis on streamlining internal marketing efforts and directing the branding, development
and execution of strategic plans with any size company or corporate team.
He currently lives in Central Florida overseeeing the daily managment of Keene Ideas
Creative, and acts as Chief Marketing Director for Branding & Strategic Partnerships KRS
Media Group as well as consultant Marketing Director for several other projects.
