5. What do we already know?
What is Management?
Responsibility for controlling or administering all or part of a company
or similar organization, activities, business dealings, trainings and
other aspects of a career. (Harvard Business Review, Dec. 2001)
What is a Leader?
A visionary, who is able to motivate others using passion and
charisma toward the right thing. They set direction, build an inspiring
vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out
where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is
dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. (Harvard Business Review, Dec.
2001)
