2013 FOC ILA for PMW 770-4 (CSRR). Planned, organized, created and executed numerous projects

recognized by two different Rear Admirals at NMCSD for being a key development and execution of

 Created and utilized a marketing checklist and strategy to advertise events. Correspondence
was completed with the Command Master Chief and Chief Petty Officer Association
 Managed two large fitness facilities including a 25 meter/5 lane lap swimming pool. Oversaw
and managed maintenance staff ensuring all athletic fields and facilities were well kept.
 Managed a large resale shop of fitness, athletics, consumables and swimming goods. Placed
weekly orders, maintained an inventory and submitted monthly reports. Established prices
according to BUPERS Instruction for MWR resale.
 In authority over 20 staff members, and responsible for recruitment, dismissal, training as well as
human resource responsibilities.
 Acted as developer, coordinator and point of contact for the Balboa Wounded Warrior Athlete
Program, ensuring the program was run efficiently and met the needs of participants. This was
very high profile initiative that required planning and interaction at the Command Suite Level.
