2. The Giver(Conflict-Jonas)
Jonas was happy to be the Receiver,
but he was also sad because he
wanted a different job that was
given to him by the elders of his
community.
3. The Giver(Solution-Jonas)
Jonas leaves his homeland with his brother, Gabe,
using the advice that was given to him by The
Giver. Jonas believes that this shared information
will help him and his brother, and so do I.
4. The Amigo Brothers(Conflict-
Felix and Antonio)
• Both Felix and Antonio, best friends, have been
chosen to compete in the champion boxing
match. Minding the fact that they say that
they’re okay with this, they both sensed a wall
forming between them.
5. The Amigo Brothers(Solution-
Felix and Antonio)
• Despite the fact that they had to fight glove-to-glove, when
the winner was about to be announced, the whole crowd
noticed that the two were already about 27 feet away from
the ring, heading back home together. The apologized to each
other because they both got caught up in winning, but soon
realized that their friendship was way more important that
some unimportant boxing match.
6. Zebra(Conflict-Adam)
Little Adam’s predicament starts when he crashes
into a car, doing his favorite hobby, running. This
scarcely ruined his life. The doctors said that he
could never run again.
7. Zebra(Resolution-Adam)
• Adam joins his friend in an art club and began feeling less
depressed. Soon, his hand started hurting. His friend aided in
his perseverance by drawing a picture of him. “Zebra”
responded by drawing a picture of a zebra and a helicopter,
racing through the long, green, grass.
8. My Reflections
• The Giver- Depending on what I feel is right at the time, I
would do the exact same thing that Jonas did.
• The Amigo Brothers- Instead of just leaving, I would share the
trophy and winnings with my friend if I won.
• Zebra- I would’ve done the same thing Jonas did, but in a
different way. I would have started running again also.
