2. The ability to direct one's thinking in whatever
direction one would intend.
When one is in a state of concentration they have
exclusive attention to a specific object.
3. A state of focus means we rarely lose sight of what
our long and short term goals are. Staying focused
allows us to reach goals that we set for ourselves.
Focusing is generally used to describe a broader
area of desired outcomes.
4. Concentration is all about thinking about one specific
goal at the present time, and when concentration is
needed it comes with distractions.
To increase or improve concentration levels you should
first try and make yourself more immune to
distractions.

staying on focus, if any.
However over concentrating on a particular object and
missing out on other factors around you is quite common.

concentration and focus are distractions.
A distraction is anything that draws the mind away,
or diverts ones attention.
