I am Ph.D. qualified with more than 15 years of experience in areas including public management, higher education, research, and consulting. I am a digital and social media strategies specialist, researcher and consultant with advanced knowledge of the creation of public value through the use of social media and Gov 2.0 services by public organizations. My knowledge has developed by different education institutions around the globe. Started from Libya up to Bachelor degree in Computer Science, followed by Master’s degree in IT from Malaysia, to Organizational Leadership by London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and Doctorate in Information Systems from Swinburne Univ.
