Many times we are asked why an agent did not receive their confirmation or voicemail in a timely manner.There are 2 of us who check faxes during the day if there is no contact information on the confirmation or it is a username that does not reflect your personal name it is difficult for us to get this to you, please make sure you call the supplier after booking online to verify they have your personal contact information. There seems to be a lot of confusion here so we are going to go over Support Fees
Unfortunately there are agents who do not pay this small fee, then after termination stated they forgot, had a family emergency etc.. In order to cover our end we needed to put a system in place that shows the agents have several reminders and ample time to pay the small monthly feeSimply put If you cannot afford $10.00 for a support fee per month, much less than any other Host Agency, then perhaps this is not the business for you. If you forget to pay your obligation how forgetful are you to remind a client of payment due date etc.. Invoices are sent out in a timely mannerThe system is automated, jennifer and barb are not hounding agents for $10.00 it is an agreement, a signed contract and I am sure most of you will agree very frustrating and time consuming to hunt down commissions that are due to you as it is for them to hunt down support fees due to them
When the Information your giving will be useful to all agents and can be located later in the archivesWhen the information is only useful to the agent asking the question, and when it is a short answer. This also helps build one on one relationships between agents. Never email back the moderator asking why, there are many moderators and not all of the moderators approve and reject the same way.At the top of the email the agents email address should be located simply place your mouse over and right click a box should open asking you to send mail, or you can copy paste the email address into a new email
