a lot of people have problems with their mental health. It could be a heartbreak or feeling excluded. I made a slideshow to hopefully help the people that want help. almost all the things in this show are personal to me so do not be sure this is definitely going to help

4. • The first thing that I’m gonna
bring up is self-esteem
• If you suffer from insecurities
then this may sound familiar.
• I suffered from this too. this
subject is very important to me
and probably for you too.
5. - Having low self-esteem is often just criticizing
yourself on your lowest points like I’m fat or
too small. Some things are just the little
details: my feet are tiny, my nose is too big, or
something more sensitive like my left boob is
bigger than the other. There’s no shame in
thinking this, it’s a natural thing that’s
overcoming too you.

- Another subject that many people have is social
anxiety or being introverted. Are you feeling
uncomfortable around people, are you having a
hard time talking to people then maybe you have
social anxiety. And it’s absolutely normal
- Maybe you just had
a breakup and are
not
feeling 100 percent.
- These are just
fragments of
why you can
have low self-
esteem.
6. I can not promise that this slideshow is
gonna fix everything but il try my best
to help you en give some tips on how
to improve your esteem. It may not
work in every situation so enjoy this
for what it’s trying to be. I also speak
from personal experience so the
things you’ll see are my own thoughts
and answers.
7. Having low self-esteem:
it’s hard being yourself because of what you have to go
through every day. Staring at the mirror looking at yourself
with disgrace.
If this sounds relatable you need to get help and take care of
yourself. get yourself higher up in your mind.
Low self-esteem can lead to avoiding problems, not
challenging yourself, and trying new things. You want to
stay in your comfort zone cuz it feels safe and peaceful

dealing
with this
- Get a blank book or a journal,
something you can keep your
thoughts and write them
down.
- If you think something
bad/sad/angry or even happy,
write it in that book
- I wrote them down in different
colors. Of course, you can do
this in your style as I
recommend. This is all about
being yourself.
9. My way of
dealing
with this
After doing it for 2 weeks I saw
how my mind worked, there wore
many more negative than positive
thoughts. I was surprised at
myself. And then I realized that I
needed to change things. So the
first step is to realize that these
thoughts are bad for you and
cause problems. You want to
change these thoughts. Not self
pity them and creating them
stronger.
10. - Then you can put things that
cause these thoughts in a
“3zone” circle
The small zone is the comfort
zone, where your comfortable
habits lay.
the try-out zone, things that go a
little out of the comfort zone but
are things that you’re afraid to do.
And then you have the panic
zone, things that make you have a
mental breakdown, if you do
anything in this territory, your
world would end.

11. I like being alone or being with a
person that I’m comfortable with
Being more open to people and not
being embarrassing. Just be myself
when i talk to a somebody
Going out to a party or a busy
public place

A small tip: when you did all this effort already
you have something new to be confident about
so say it in your mind or stand in front of a
mirror and say that you’ve done well.
12. A thing that you can do is
make a list of things that
you wanna improve
about things. Like speak
to people more often or
come out of your room to
help with the dishes…
you can come up with 2-5
things. Take it easy,
things like this need time.
You can also focus
more on the
positive sides
You’re great at this
or great at that
And remember that
it’s not a rush, do
not hope to change
in a day, a week, or
even a month, I still
have things that I
need to overcome,
and it’s already been
7 months.
And last of al
Seek professional help. You
cant do all the work
yourself, you need
someone that can feel en
help your pain. These are
just tips to help but I had a
psychologist and it did
make things easier.
