Cellular Light Weight Bricks (CLC Bricks) is a version of lightweight concrete that is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. It is produced by making slurry of Fly Ash, Cement, Chemicals and water, which is further mixed with the addition of preformed stable bio-degradable foam in a special concrete mixer under ambient conditions.The foam imparts free flowing characteristics to this slurry due to ball bearing effect of foam bubbles enabling it to easily flow into all corners and compact by itself in the moulds without requiring any kind of vibration or compaction.Clc foam concrete machines, clc block making machines,clc foam generators
