on multiple projects
4. Please comment on the candidate’s:
Quality of work: Ed provided very good quality work. He is very familiar with project
management methodologies and was able to apply the correct methodologies based on what the
project entailed. He was involved with high risk and complex projects and also simple projects.
Many of the projects he had worked on were Cernerelated.
Quantity of work: Ed was able to take on multiple projects at once and was able to perform
keep multiple plates spinning. He is extremely well organized, which was incredibly helpful
with all of the projects he was responsible for.
Attendance/tardiness: Ed never had any issues with this.
Work attitude: Ed is a very positive person and has a great sense of humor. He was able to
interact well with all types of personalities and manage all types of situations.

6. Reasonfor candidate’s separation from your company: I had to reduce expenses and
we had to develop our own internal PMO. I did not want to lose Ed, but we had to cut
consultants on the PM side to reduce expenses. I have tried to get him back on other projects
since his departure, but timing did not work.

Additional comments: Ed was a consultant with us for 5 years and did a great job. He was
very adaptable and was able to handle multiple projects and work with multiple personalities.
Much of what he did was Cerner related. He always had a positive attitude and was very a much
of a “get it done” type of guy.
