3. The Smokey Mountain Clean Energy and
Industrial Park (Manila, Philippines)
The project will build development
infrastructure to use an existing waste dump
site in Manila into clean energy and industrial
park, which can be used as a model for the
entire country in line with waste
management. The clean energy park will be
located within the 30 hectare landfill that will
be reclaimed. The clean energy park will
