The System has two types of premium payment processing modes: online mode and batch mode.
For online mode, cashiers process premium receipts directly from the System user interface.
For batch mode, the System daily batch automatically process payments by requesting funds from
financial institutions via electronic data interchange.

Batch mode: pre-authorized deduction from banks, credit card, salary deduction.
• Billing tracking
The System can automatically send emails or generate letters in PDF format for premium

The search function makes information retrieval easy and improves customer service efficiency.
Users can search information by customer names, phone numbers or policy numbers.
The search dynamically narrow down the results while users are typing the keywords. This helps
users to locate the information faster.

The System provides functions to satisfy all administration needs required for servicing customers
and policies throughout the entire life of a policy.
Functions include customer profile maintenance, billing and payment processing, policy changes,
policy loan processing, termination, claims, communications with customers, and commission
processing.

• System-generated documents
The System generates electronic documents according to the contents and layouts specified by
individual companies.
Such documents can be letters, forms, account statements and management reports.
The generated documents can be in PDF or Excel format.
Once the documents are generated, they will be stored in eDocument repository for download, or
can be emailed to customers or designated staff.
• Uploaded documents
Users can upload documents from external sources to the eDocument repository for record
keeping. Examples: underwriting evidence, claims evidence, written notices from customers.

All documents are stored in eDocument repository permanently and available for access by
authorized users.
All document access history are tracked and recorded by the System.
