Detail Experience

i) Contract
 Contractual, Legal issues and the risk management in the construction industry. Experience in
both of international contracts and specifications, FIDIC, NEC, ICE, Lump Sum, Re-
measurement, Construction Reimbursement Contract, arbitration, A.D.R.Contributed in large
projects.
 Review and verify all tender documents including legal, commercial, financial, general condi-
tions, special conditions, bill of quantities, specifications, drawings, site circumstances, site
conditions.
 Preparing the tender documents, the estimated budget including the estimated quantities and
the estimated prices, the tender visibility study and highlight the expected risks.
 Preparing and review the contract with both of the client and suppliers.
 Preparing the variation orders, contract amendments, claims and counter claims.
 Follow up the contracts during the project life cycle up to the closing.
ii) Project
 Manage the project for Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Resources.
 Preparing the site inspection and the site progress report.
 Follow up schedule performance, cost performance, the scope of work and the quality to com-
ply with the project targets and company goals.
 Monitor/Highlight the expected risk and the procurements.
 Preparing invoices, method statement and the quality files.
 Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking
of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project
expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
 Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation report-
ing, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
 Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
 Perform technical and commercial review of EPC long time tenders (subcontractor’s quota-
tions) for the preparation of Service agreements.
 Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of
WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, in-
voicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
 Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel activities on a daily
basis and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel related issues relating to the project
promptly to the project manager and management.
 Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure
the delivery/completion of the project work.
 Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
 Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly
basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
 Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
iii) Procurement
 Preparing the requirement procurement documents to name the prices and preparing the
comparison sheet to compare with the target prices and the required technical specifications.
 Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the received offers.
 Preparing the offers and perform the necessary negotiations.
iv) Engineering

 Coordinate and review the design drawings, calculations, shop drawings and method state-
ment and register the records.
 Coordinate with other work such as : infra-structure , electrical and mechanical
 Extracting the quantities and e review with the contractual technical specifications.
v) ISO,OHS&EMS
 Applying and verifying the quality documents such as: ISO: 9001, OHS: 18001 and EMS:
14001 and Opex.
 Set up/ measure Key Performance Indicators for the work process.

Experience in both of international contracts and specifications, FIDIC, NEC, ICE, Lump Sum, Re- measurement, Construction Reimbursement Contract, arbitration, A.D.R.Contributed in large projects.  Review and verify all tender documents including legal, commercial, financial, general condi- tions, special conditions, bill of quantities, specifications, drawings, site circumstances, site conditions.  Preparing the tender documents, the estimated budget including the estimated quantities and the estimated prices, the tender visibility study and highlight the expected risks.  Preparing and review the contract with both of the client and suppliers.  Preparing the variation orders, contract amendments, claims and counter claims.  Follow up the contracts during the project life cycle up to the closing. ii) Project  Manage the project for Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Resources.  Preparing the site inspection and the site progress report.  Follow up schedule performance, cost performance, the scope of work and the quality to com- ply with the project targets and company goals.  Monitor/Highlight the expected risk and the procurements.  Preparing invoices, method statement and the quality files.  Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.  Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation report- ing, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc  Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring  Perform technical and commercial review of EPC long time tenders (subcontractor’s quota- tions) for the preparation of Service agreements.  Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, in- voicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.  Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel activities on a daily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel related issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management.  Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.  Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.  Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.  Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.  Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required. iii) Procurement  Preparing the requirement procurement documents to name the prices and preparing the comparison sheet to compare with the target prices and the required technical specifications.  Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the received offers.  Preparing the offers and perform the necessary negotiations. iv) Engineering
