1. Well, we’ll start doing a warm up.
First we will do a general warm up that consist of:

…move our arms up and down and right and left.
…turn our superior part from right to left.
…move our legs up.
And now, we are gonna be concentrate on warming up our arms and superior part of the
body, as that is the part we will move more than others.
Put your arms behind your back to stretch them and also in front of your chest.
Move your shoulders as when you swim, to warm up your joints.
You have to try to touch your feet, this way you can stretch your back.
Move your writs tracing circles.
Close and open your hands, to warm up your fingers.
We can play a game to finish the warm up. We can play “blood”, because we are playing
with the arms, throwing the ball.
Well, the main part is to practice the sport, that in this case is handball.
We are gonna practice how to throw balls, so in partners, we will be one in front of the
other partner and pass the ball to him.
Now we know more or less how to pass the ball, so in groups of eight, we make two
teams and we will try to play the game but without throw the ball to score, just
passing the ball, and bouncing the ball just twice.
Then, we are ready to try to score a goal. We are gonna do it in groups of two or three
people, passing till one of them can throw the ball and score.
2. Finally, we are almost all ready to play a real game of handball. We are gonna make
groups of seven people, one of them is gonna be the goal keeper.
For playing good, the attackers when are next to the area, have to be all over around it,
and defenses must be surrounding their area, this way attacker cannot throw and score a
goal.
