My current position is Marketing Manager in handling company of touristic operator. I am

Responsibilities:
ALS TOUR has over 15 years’ experience in leisure and tourism industry. It is a handling
company of one of the biggest tour operator in Russia - Biblio Globus. Being in charge of
marketing department (offices in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh), my responsibilities can be
divided into three main groups: 1) promotion of company’s product on Russian touristic market
2) developing of marketing and sales strategies 3) sales trainings for employees (150-200 tour
leaders)
Duties:
- Developing of General Marketing plan
- Responsible for implementation of General Marketing plan
- Organization of participation and preparing ad- material for international touristic
exhibitions (responsible for Egyptian direction): flyers, banners, seminars for partners,
general look of the stand, promo events during the exhibition
- Developing of advertising material (concept of company’s brochures, catalogues, ad-

- Conducting and holding webinars and trainings for partners (presentation of our product,

- Thanks to successful team work, we could reach the total growth of touristic traffic: for
the moment I came to the company we used to receive 392 000 tourists per year, one
year later - 700 144 tourists
