Upon obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with my background in customer service I am excited to
further my work experience. I am interested in obtaining a more permanent position with your company. I seek a
position that will allow me to utilize my current skills to gain experience and bring your organization enthusiasm,

H-E-B Grocery (Cashier) 2011
Responsible for providing customer service, maintaining a healthy work environment and build cliental. Critical Skills
employed: Sales, Advertising, communication, time management and being able to work under pressure
Home Depot 2012 (cashier, Receiving specialist)
Responsible for great customer service, heavy lifting, and driving forklift truck around the store unloading merchandise. Sta rted out as
cashier then got promoted to receiving.
Apple Sales 2013 (call center)
Developed great customer service skills over the phone,became a great sales leader selling Apple insurance to any customer with apple
products.Responsible for troubleshooting devices overthe phone.
Boys & Girls Club 2013-2014 (Youth)
Working with kids and teenagers helping them succeed in and out of the classroom. I would pick up kids, tutor them, and put on activities
for them to help them become more active. Taught them different lessons such as how to be a positive influence within their c ommunity.
