Elizabeth King is the Emergency Management Coordinator for Washington State University where she oversees all-hazards planning to safeguard over 35,000 students and faculty, in coordination with local, state, federal, and tribal nations partners. In addition to her regular duties, Ms. King serves as the Local Emergency Planning Committee Chair "LEPC" for Latah County Idaho, the Vice Chair of the North Central Information Network for Idaho and Washington, and the Public Information Officer "PIO" for Latah County Idaho.
