Teaching Experience-
Cram School
When I was in sophomore, I started to be an part-time English teacher in
Kidcastle for almost one and half year to teach elementary school students.
Teaching Experience-
Cram School
During my teaching time, I learned how to be patient
and also skillful to teach children.
However I still met some obstacles,
such as demanding parents and also naughty students.
Teaching Experience-
Cram School
But day by day, I have gradually get used to it and understand that I have to put
myself in their shoes and also understanding their ideas is very important.
When I realized the point, I found my way teaching and gradually feel a sense
of achievement.
Future Plan
In the near future, I would like to be not only a teacher, but like a mentor who
teaches students not only schools, but the wisdom in their life. I would like to
teach them in a very practice way. For example, kids are born with playing, and
in the most of time, they learn during they play, therefore, I want to do a
complete about face, such as put the elements out of the boring textbooks and
practice in general.
Future Plan
For one thing, students can understand how to use what they learn in the daily
life, for the other, they can learn how to face their failures and stand up again.
This is my goal in the near future.
