Siate coerenti: la vostra immagine si costruisce su diversi canali ma è percepita come univoca 4. Usate servizi come About.me che accentrano tutte le vostre informazioni in un unico hub 5. Monitoratevi: ciò che viene pubblicato online è persistente. Il Web ha memoria e la vostra reputazione è impagabile 6. Siate interessanti e fidelizzate chi vi segue 7. Siate degli hub di persone, temi, iniziative 8. Attenzione ai flame (e ai troll)! 9. Puntate alla qualità, non alla quantità: gli esterni guarderanno alla vostra rete per capire che persone siete 10. Siate generosi: ricondividete anche i contenuti pubblicati dagli altri
