Ardeco is a roll-to-roll dye sublimation printer that brings remarkable
print quality to all your indoor and outdoor soft signage. Ardeco is
designed as a heavy duty production machine with a built-in
calendering unit for a broad scope of polyester based textile media.
It is the ideal production unit for the professional sign & display maker,
printing shops or commercial printers that want to produce high
quality soft signage displays with a maximum resolution of up to
1200 x 600 dpi.
Dedicated direct-to-fabric printer
Ardeco is a true production machine built for heavy 24/7 workloads.
This is the printer that will get you large format polyester based soft
signage displays up to 3,2 m wide.

Print quality
The 7 pico-liter printheads guarantee printing of perfect solids, fine
text reproduction and an outstanding tonal rendering. The Ardeco
dye sub inks deliver a rich gamut and vibrant colors at very low ink
consumption.
Next to the 8 or 12 print heads Ardeco features a robust and industrial
engineered concept, fit for sustained higher work loads. A true volume
machine capable of producing top quality prints up to 130 m2/h.
Printing, fixing and cutting
Next to the printing and the on-line fixation the Ardeco unit also has
(optionally) a set of 6 cold cutting knives available for in-line finishing
(slitting) of the printed media.

Ardeco produces prints that serve a wide variety of polyester based soft signage applications. These are
textiles that are commonly used as in-store signs and displays (also backlit) or even flags. Soft signage is
rapidly being adopted as the preferred solution for many businesses who demand high quality marketing and
display material. Using soft signage is much more user friendly. They are light-weight and they don’t wrinkle.
Dressing a stand at an exhibition for instance becomes much more cost effective, also from a transport
standpoint.
Built-in calendering
The infra-red calendering unit is built-in the Ardeco engine. This unit fixes the color into the fabric whilst the
water is being evaporated.
Ardeco owners won’t need an extra off-line calendering unit. This is a major cost saver and it enhances
efficiency and productivity.

Ardeco comes either with 8 or with 12 print heads all depending on your needs.
All heads are Ricoh Gen 4 heads that print top quality work at resolutions up to 1200 x 600 dpi.
Perfect wind-up system
The Ardeco engine features a textile dedicated media transport system. Even at the highest printer production
speeds, the media is flawlessly transported through the printer. No skewing or sloppy sides. The printed
material comes off the Ardeco printer to perfection, read-to-use for finishing manipulations.
