started in 2002, Embassy Golflinks Business Park is one of the finest business parks in the
country today. the campus is spread over 60 acres of land, overlooking the lush greens of a golf
course. it has 21 office buildings with close to 6.1 million sft of built up area.
we at Embassy constantly strive to make the work environment more efficient, comfortable and

architects, engineers, environment consultants, traffic consultants, lighting consultants and

the business park has an aesthetically designed functional
entrance plaza that has a registration booth, integrated security
surveillance system and information kiosk for hassle-free
entry/exit and efficient administration.

the secondary entrance is designed on similar lines as the primary entrance. it encompasses all the
security features of the primary entrance and helps ease the traffic outflow and inflow to the park. this
entrance can be also be used for emergencies and during the maintenance of the primary entrance.

13. up-gradation of pipeline and road works
Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board services up-gradation works are in progress on the north
east side of the business park along the golf course. keeping in mind the safety of the employees of the
business park, we have barricaded one lane of the road, permitting the traffic to flow only on a single lane.
to accelerate the pipeline relaying works, the contract recently was awarded, by BWSSB, to a new vendor.
the works are now in the final stages of completion. Embassy undertakes the responsibility of rebuilding the
whole stretch of road, at it‟s own cost, once the BWSSB works are complete.
we regret the inconvenience caused by these works. we are taking
all measures to hasten the completion of the works.
