Dear Adeline,
KPFZ Communications never considered the importance of water conservation and
the behind-the-scenes work that High Plains Water District takes on before this
opportunity. We have enjoyed the chance to improve HPWD’s community
perception and to educate many on water conservation behaviors.
The following pages explain our campaign plan for you and the research methods
and findings we took to draw these conclusions. We are committed to aiding HPWD
excel and we strongly believe that our recommendations will help improve
awareness and public perception of HPWD.
Spending countless time will be accounted priceless when we see HPWD succeed.
