“An Ideal home for quality shirts/Tops”
“Silver Composite Textile Mills Ltd” is a vertically set-up woven tops (Shirt) readymade garment industry with
backward linkage of Spinning, Weaving and Textile dyeing & Finishing. It has seen set-up through consulting and
advising of country and world renowned experts of garment industry and architect & civil engineers. All type of
safety and security policies are considered to build factory building such as anti earthquake protection, fire safety
&fighting equipmentsetc what make this building unique one in strength and beauty. All machines (Sewing & Non
sewing) are latest model of world renowned brand such as Juki, Gerber, VEIT KANNEGIESSER, HASHIMA, NGAI
SHING, NISSIN etc. A team of highly trained and experienced professionals (staffs & managements) runs the
factory with proven track record to achieve company goal and target meeting buyer’s demand.
We have a team of sewing technicians and quality controllers & Assurance officers who are always engaged to
enhance our goodwill & reputation by achieving buyer’s requirements.
We are also implementing “Lean Production System” & “ERP Software” through Lean production &Industrial
Engineering (IE) experts to achieve high production efficiency and high quality product.
So we are able to achieve supreme quality garment to satisfy our valued customer and buyer by full-filling their
requirements. We not only take care but also nurse your product in optimize.
We never allow child labor and worker. Our factory is always being upgraded with improved machineries,
technology, production method, safety and social compliance in accordance with the trends of world class
garments factories.
We have the following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to as examples of Best
Practices:
A) Time Attendance & Pay Roll: We have setup computerized software based Time Attendance &
Pay Roll system for all workers and employees. This can generate Barcode ID Card, Salary Sheet, Pay-Slip
etc.
B) House Keeping Team: The factory has 5S Housekeeping Team for maintaining neat and tidy
environment and atmosphere in accordance with the Health and Safety Act of our country.
C) Evacuation Plan: There are educate-diagrams kept in the floor of the factory showing direction to all
employees to run out in case of any emergency situation.
D) Exit ways: We have four exits in all the floors for workers & staffs and two emergency exits with fire
protector door.

E) Fire Drills: We have Fire Fighting Equipment with auto smoke detector and auto fire splinter in the
factory as per Factory Act and in order to use them effectively when required. We have a Fire Fighting Team
who are specially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular
basis i.e., once every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when required.
F) Medical Facilities: The workers enjoy free health care benefits and Medicare service. We have a
qualified Doctor who visits our factory every working day of week and two staff nurses who always engaged
to provide medical service to our workers and staffs.
G) First Aid Policy: For every 150 workers we have two persons trained in First Aid and Medicare. We
keep certain quantity of First Aid equipments in a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First
Aid.
H) Workers accommodation facility: The Company provides free accommodation for both male
and female workers nearby factory building.
I) Accommodation for staffs: The Company provides family quarters, bachelor quarters with dining
facility beside factory building. Moreover we have also dormitory facility and guest room facilities.
J) Dining facility for workers:We have 12000 Square feet dining space for workers with canteen &
prayer room facility.
K) Power unit: We have own gas generator plant with 24 hours of uninterrupted power supply. So we can say
that we are free from the course of load shading and we can supply goods on time without fail.
L) Transport line: We have own transport facility for goods handover and cargo delivery.

HR Department:
This department makes policies for the development and progress of the company through recruiting skilled manpower and
developing efficiency through varies type of training.
Compliance Department:
“Compliance” means complying all the rules and regulations of the company with local law and buyer’s requirements. This
department is responsible to impose all the laws and buyer’s requirement and ensure its effectiveness. Highly skilled

Marketing Department:
Our marketing department lead by “Head of Marketing” is very sharp and practical to have order by meeting buyer’s target in a
tentative and cost minimizing way. This team always offer best price to our valued customer and buyer based on present
market situation sourcing best quality material from home and abroad.
Merchandising Department:
This department is responsible to ensure issue of samples, production and delivery through making all goods on time in house
confirming required quality. We have a experienced merchandising team that take care your order from the time of inquire to
shipment following day to day merchandising, TnA and proper communication.
Industrial Engineering Department:
We have a strong “Industrial Engineering Department” committed to implementing the latest Lean manufacturing practice.
The team is responsible for overall capacity planning and work balancing for the different production team by using standard
minute value (SMVs) for each process used in assembling a product. The team is able to accurately estimate the cost and time
for manufacturing a particular style which help to reduce uncertainties and down time. The team also tracks all inputs and
work-in-progress (WIP) through the production teams ensuring a steady process flow and improving efficiency and quality of
the production organization.
GSD Production System: We have established General Sewing Data (GSD) production system to provide best
service in term of Price & Quality.
Lean production Department:
We have a strong “Lean Production Department”. Its main objective is eliminating wastage. We use modern concept such as
5’S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, Kaizen, TIM WOOD etc. It helps us to improve productivity and efficiency in overall garment factory.
We use supply chain lean concept what helps us to reduce lead time and confirm on time shipment.

Quality Control & assurance Department:
It is a team who is responsible to full-fill buyer’s requirement. We have a skilled & experienced quality control and assurance
team. The team works together for implementation and continual improvement of Total Quality Management (TQM) in order to
achieve satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
Lab & Fabric Inspection section:We have decorated our Lab with modern and high efficient equipment
and machines to ensure in house testing parameter demanded by customer. Moreover we ensure fabric quality by fabric
technician and inspector before issuing fabric to cutting section.
Store & Warehouse Section:
We have store and warehouse with modern technology &equipment and skilled manpowerthat are responsible for proper
inventory and to support supply-chain management for high productivity through proper racking process. We use ERP software
to enhance the capacity and function of this section.
CAD and Pattern Section:
It is designed by modern Garber technology. Manpower of this section is highly skilled to supper production team, sample
section as well as our honorable customer and buyer.
Sample Section:
This section is fully equipped by latest machines and skilled sample mans are contributing in the progress of the company
making samples on time by understanding buyer’s requirement.
Cutting Section:
Our cutting section is equipped by modern and latest automation machineries to achieve high efficiency in industrial
production.
Sewing Section:
Our production team lead by our factory GM is very skilled to achieve buyer’s required quality and production target. All
manpowerof production team take care your product as a baby to minimize wastage and rejection percentage. The slogan of
this team is- “right product on right time”.
Finishing Section:
We have a strong finishing team to make our produced goods wonderful through perfect procedure following buyer’s
instructions.
Maintenance Department:
Our maintenance department is lead by a skilled and experienced Manager to support our production team by making alive all
machineries though power supply.
Security Department:
We have very strong security team that always insures the safety and security of the company.
