July 2013).
With growing exposure in O&M field, RTCL launched this
entity as Telecom Service provider in the mid of 2007 with
Banglalink under Alendick at Narayongang (Active & Passive
Maintenance) and directly under Banglalink 2008. RTCL Telecom
comprises a rich set of industry experienced personnel with the
mission of delivering best practiced services and value with
maximum efficiency guaranteeing customer’s peace of mind.

RingTech presently expertise a full range of Telecommunication
services including Manage Service (719-(Only DG- 47, CP+DG-137, ONLY CP 544)
Sites for GP & 660-(Only DG- 61, CP+DG-155, ONLY CP 444) sites for Airtel
Operation) and Survey, BTS, MW, BSC, MSC, HLR, Optical MUX, IN, OSP, and
turnkey Civil Works. We have successfully completed huge quantity of BTS &
MW during last 10 years (BTS more than 7500 sites and MW more than 2500
hops).
RingTech is well familiar with GP Network as more one year fully
involved under Huawei Bangladesh Regionalization Manage Service
(Operation Umbrella) passive activities at Zone-2. Also RingTech has
been successfully maintains a roll of highly experienced & professional teams
for Bangladesh GP 2G SWAP project ( BTS Maintenance Part ) and at this
moment Bangladesh GP 3G Blue Moon Project (BTS Maintenance Part) at
Sylhet Zone under Huawei.

AG Refueling
– Commitment :
Making schedule for refueling on the basis of given PSA data.
Ensure all allocated sites refueling before fuel alarm.
Contact with local fuel pump for assurance to provide fuel in any condition.
Reserve sufficient fuel for emergency support purpose and ready to refuel any particular site.
Proper refueling schedule so that no site outage occurs due to lack of fuel.
Ensure fuel greed with fuel tank checking during present at site for any other activity.
AG Maintenance
– Commitment :
Skilled AG expert engage for RMS & EMS.
During RMS, team health checked & rectify all needful job for running the AG smoothly.
Alarm control/signal system measure with good quality spares and meet SLA.
Spares (EMS) will have six months warranty.
– Servicing Schedule :
AG RMS every three months schedule/running hours which come earlier as required.

Portable Genset Running
– Commitment :
Teams are always ready to meet SLA.
PG running in BTS sites (both GF & RT ) sites as per GP request.
All time minimum 2 PG stand as spare if any PG getting faulty in a sub enter.
Portable genset will be provided by RTCL. In any emergency RTCL may also need to arrange
additional portable genset for support purpose.
We increase almost double quantity PG during summer.
GP provided Portable Genset must be used for GP sites only.
In every sub center expert PG rectify technician is engage for quick rectify the faulty PG.
All PG are checked by GP concern & perform as per GP requirement.
For new PG run technician, he can only perform after in house & on site training.
