Okay, we're convinced.   A common platform to describe  strategy would be useful.  But what is this platform?

STRATEGY TAKES PLACE WHEN YOU: And consistent with:  how the entity chooses to behave
STRATEGY TAKES PLACE WHEN YOU: And finally with:  its purpose for being
STRATEGY TAKES PLACE WHEN YOU: Yes, these seven categories describe the conversations people have when they discuss strategy. That’s it, 7 categories?
STRATEGY TAKES PLACE WHEN YOU: You see, by understanding that strategy conversations are made up of separate and related sub-conversations, we eliminate confusion. I get it!  We debate the idea – not the term.
