  1. Werkgebonden factoren, 2 dia’s (10 minuten) Inhoud (Wat?) Werk speelt een belangrijke rol in je gezondheid en de balans hierin. Vorm (Hoe?) Wat verstaan jullie onder werkgebondenfactoren? Of: Wie kan voorbeelden geven van werkgebondenfactoren? Je kan hierbij gebruik van een whiteboard/flip-over zodat mensen geen dubbele antwoorden geven.
  2. Geef aan dat de optelsom van al deze factoren de kans op klachten/ gezondheid bepaalt. Geef aan dat er dus in wezen geen verschil is tussen het ontstaan van lage rugklachten, burn out of RSI.   Binnen deze voorlichting zullen we ons m.n. toespitsen op de werkgebonden factoren maar besef dus dat er meer is dan werkgebonden factoren alleen.   ‘We moeten ons zeker geen zorgen maken over klachten zolang er maar balans is in dat wat je doet. Je hebt invloed op je eigen gezondheid’ Jij bepaalt het herstel van je lichaam, creerer je weleens bewust ontspanning, Vraag; hoe men herstel creeert, 180 graden anders doen levert herstel op Bijvoorbeeld; na lang bol zitten gaat men vanzelf de rug hol maken Bij pijn in nek door met opgetrokken schouders te zitten, gaat men vanzelf rekken (kort wordt lang!!) Na een dag veel gezeten hebben (= passief), ‘s avonds juiste gaan sporten (=actief) Na aantal uren moeilijk werk gedaan hebben, even lekker copieren, archieveren (=makkelijk werk)
