Staff Experience
Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Check in was easy and he knew the
answers to my questions.
Guest Room
The couch and bed, even on the soft setting, was much too hard. I have a back injury that is made
worse by overly firm furniture. I did not rest well.
