penser au degré de réalisation des objectifs antérieurs,
aux prévisions du département ou
aux dysfonctionnements constatés
2. CHOISIR UNE REALISATION OBSERVABLE:
la plus concrète possible,
indication d'un terme et non d'un processus.
3. MENTIONNER LES RESSOURCES A MOBILISER:
les moyens matériels,
le contexte dans lequel doit se réaliser l'objectif,
le recours au manager en cas de difficultés imprévues
