Led the day to day PLM activities and business process support for ConAgra Research & Innovation and
Supply Chain departments for all innovations, cost savings, and integrations projects from concept through
commercialization to the customer. Led integration of technical data for recent acquisition.
• Managed the consolidation and integration of ingredient and packaging specifications, while planning
training strategy, change management strategy, and technical implementation of ConAgra’s technical book
of record Oracle PLM, for multiple integrations across enterprise.

PLM Manager – TBO (Technical Business Office) 2012-2014
Led the day to day TBO activities and business process support for ConAgra Research & Innovation
departments for all innovations, cost savings, and integrations projects from concept through
commercialization to the customer. Led the change management and implementation of ConAgra’s technical
book of record Oracle PLM for process.
• Co-lead a cross functional implementation team for Oracle PLM for process through to successful launch
and adoption throughout the R&D at ConAgra Foods.
• Reduced overall commercialization of projects by 50 days (33% improvement) through End to End project,
focusing on process improvement, education and discipline. This process improvement led to delivering
$750MM cost saving earlier and freed up resources to go after additional savings.
• Change management lead across enterprise project for the end to end simplification of ConAgra
commercialization process.
TBO/Merchandising Manager – 2010-2012
Led the day to day data management and business process support for ConAgra Packaging Engineering
departments for all innovations and cost savings projects while leading the Packaging merchandising group in
packaging support of new initiatives for the business.
• Working with our Data Management team developed and implemented a Finished Good cleansing strategy
that took our data accuracy from 50% to 100% following GS1 standards
• Increased RQI packaging team efficiency 30% by centralizing data commercialization activities.

Packaging Engineer
Project manager for package designs for Sharonville transmission plant, supporting new packaging for all new
programs. Green belt certified supporting Black belt projects to optimize material handling and inventory
carrying cost. Supported the Material Planning and Logistic manufacturing engineers through business
process tool development via Microsoft office suite.
• Worked with Black belt team to pilot new logistic strategy using Six Sigma methodology. Operational
reserve optimization program objective is to control premium freight by using total cost scenario with
Inventory Carrying Cost. Projected savings from $250,000 to $1 million per plant.
• Worked on green belt team for mixed pallet loads, decreasing overall pallet usage by 45%, increasing
overall truck cube utilization by 20%
• Managed the procurement and delivery of shipping equipment racks for all programs during the 2003 -2004
