Location: Hartford, CT.
Base Salary: $100k-$130k
Seeking an experienced Tealeaf Application Engineer. This position requires strong application
performance and customer experience tool skills. Our clients primary focus is in providing
excellent customer service utilizing our external facing internet and Mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
● Act as a key contributor in the continued development of the Tealeaf Center of
Excellence
● Be able to develop strong relationships with vendors
● Demonstrate expertise in design of complex cross functional software systems using
disciplined software design process
● Employ an engineering mindset to develop a controlled repeatable process.
● Be an advocate for Tealeaf and promote its use
Qualifications:
● 6+ of Engineering experience, or proven technical leadership experience with all aspects
of Tealeaf
● IBM/Tealeaf or comparable Performance monitoring Tool experience
● Experience with HTML, JavaB
● Advanced knowledge of Windows XP and Win 7. Internet Explorer
● Conceptual knowledge of Mobile Application Development
● Conceptual knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Remedy, TCPIP
● Vendor Management experience
● Demonstrate advanced business and technical acumen for applications
● Results driven; with commitment to exceeding customer expectations
● High level of independence, but is also a team player, a coach, a mentor and
demonstrates a high level of ownership.
