 Systems can be made to adapt to almost any location
 Systems are designed for a 20+ year useful life
 Systems can process 5-50+ tons per day
 Two primary chambers provide continuous 24hr operation
 Distributed systems avoid transportation costs
Flexibility
YOUR CITY
or PROJECT
8 Module Top Feed Configuration
Sample Configuration
Start with one and scale up
YOUR CITY
or PROJECT
 Two primary chambers maintain 24 hour syngas supply.
 Feedstock is loaded via direct dump, conveyor, moving
floor, chain grate, or end loader.
 The vessel is sealed and the batch process is ready to
start
 Vessels are air tight; no smell, insect, rodent or bird activity
 Syngas flows to a generator with advanced engine control
technology to optimize the syngas/diesel mix
 Unsorted MSW is reduced about 95% in volume and about
82% in weight, 100% recycled.
 Materials left (fine and inert ash, recyclables) are
recovered, processed, and sold.
 EPA Certified
Highlights
YOUR CITY
or PROJECT
 Environment temperature is elevated in the syngas
generator by energizing its electric heating array.
 Internal temperature of vessel reaches 800-1200°F.,
depending on waste, in approximately 1-2 hours.
 Air supply is modulated to optimize gasification process.
 The gasification event begins producing a flow of
combustible gas vapor (“syngas” – CH4, CO, H2, etc.)
 The syngas is sent to a condenser then to a generator
 Engines are computerized to compensate for fluctuations
in energy content, supplementing either biodiesel or diesel.
 The engine heat, exhaust, and excess syngas flows to the
secondary gas processor at 1600°F to recover thermal
energy and complete combustion.
Gasification Process
YOUR CITY
or PROJECT
 The generating sets produce electrical energy for local
consumption or sent to the power grid.
 Thermal energy can produce hot water, distilled water, low/high-
pressure steam, absorption chiller refrigeration, product drying
heat, and other products for communities, greenhouses, fish
farms, and other agricultural and industry applications.
 The syngas can be used to produce bio-fuels, bio-chemicals, other
bio-products, and CO2 for greenhouses.
 The amount and value of products produced is dependent on the
type and throughput of feedstock.
