10. Products
In-mould labelling is the use of paper or plastic
labels during the manufacturing of containers
by blow moulding, injection moulding, or
thermoforming processes. The label serves as
the integral part of the final product, which is
then delivered as pre-decorated item. Combining
the decoration process with the moulding
process cuts the total cost.

digital print this is all Ren-Form has been doing
for over three years. We truly are “The Digital
Printing Professionals.” Whether it’s offset quality
colour, or those fine grayscale half-tones, we’ve
got the right people and equipment to get the job
done.
Ren-Form has high quality digital production
presses, such as the Oce 6250 and the Oce
7400 all the way up to the industry-leading Xerox
DocuColor iGen3. No one offers more digital
color and black and white options. We can print
on light-weight stock, all the way up to 380gsm
coated cover. And, we can print full-color sheets
that bleed up to A3+.
Ren-Form and XMPie bring you the world’s
leading solution for data-driven cross-media (print,
email and web pages) personalization and an
indispensable tool for marketers who are seeking
to utilize customer data to create truly relevant,
personalized marketing campaigns.

as part of printing and fulfillment contracts, as

How it works
We provide a complete ecommerce fulfillment
solution from processing your internet order to
handling returns and customer queries.
• Your customers place their orders on your
website, and payment is authorised.
• We receive notification of orders through

integration or batch file download. (We can
also process orders at our Contact Centre).
• We print off pick notes, and pick the orders

We Buy Big You Save
The alarming rise in paper prices raised a
concern at Ren-Form and forced management
to re examine our purchasing policies and look
for cost-effective ways of buying paper. A solution
that presented itself was to start buying in
bulk, filling our warehouse or and look at other
alternatives like sourcing paper from the Far
East or other far-flung parts of the world. The
reasoning behind the more was that the per ton
price were cheaper, although the exchange rate
plays a vital role in this calculation Ren-Form
was of the opinion that the investment should
compensate for the additional cost should the
market play havoc, especially if the storage area
is already being paid.
Benefits
Less expensive per unit: This is the biggest
benefit of buying in bulk, and it overshadows
everything else. Almost always, when you buy in
bulk, you’re saving money per unit, which adds up
to a real savings over time and it means we at
Ren-Form can pass the saving on to you.
Less repetitive effort: If you purchase paper in
bulk, it often comes from the same batch hence
fibers are the same, colours are consistent and
of course you get the benefit of cost effective
transport. Thus, each time you order you are
assured of consistent colour, lowest pricing,
ample stock and as explained all this adds up to
you saving on your print spend.
Storage space at Ren-Form: We buy all our paper
in bulk and store it onsite and on offsite locations.
As volatile as the markets are we need to be
assured that we have stock at all times. You

Management Team
Thomas du Sart – Managing Director
Tommy (as he is fondly known in
the Printing Industry) grew up in
the Westrand in Johannesburg and
currently lives in Glenvista in the
South, with his Wife Karyn and their
six children.
In 1989, Tommy joined Ren-Form and it was
evident then that this was the start of a historic
chapter in his life. In 1996, Tommy bought 100%
equity from his partner and grew the business to
the trend-setting, aweinspiring company it is today.
With a passion for fast cars, exceptional service
and a visionary in print technology, Tommy du Sart
is a new-aged-leader well worth following.
Eric Du Sart – Procurement and HR
Director
Eric, together with his brother
Tommy grew up in the Westrand in
Johannesburg and a proud husband
and father to three daughters. As
an avid golfer Eric also is the proud owner of 7
racehorses and in his younger days represented
South Africa in Hockey, played club cricket and
football and nominated for SA Colored Team.
Started his career in print in 1970 as a general
worker and due to the times of our country at that
time was limited to moving up the ranks.
With the style and grace of a gentle giant, Eric
drives a hard bargain and known for getting
the point across no matter what and who the
casualties are.
Albe Naude – Chief Operating
Officer
Albe is married with 2 children and
has been exposed to sales for 24
years positions varying from Sales
Director to Managing Director.
Albe is responsible for the strategic and operational
leadership of Ren-Form in planning, executing and
spearheading manufacturing projects involving
contract administration in compliance to quality and
standards.
Along with Mr. Tommy Du Sart he serves on the
Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall
strategy and direction for Ren-Form.

Management Team
Jean-Pierre du Sart – Sales Director
JP as he is known in the Sales and
corporate circles is married with 3
children. He is an enigma when it
comes to securing long-term contracts
with major blue chip corporate
customers.
In 2004, JP was seconded to set up a sales
division by Tommy du Sart. JP secured major
various international projects and contracts and
today he is well known for his local and global
ambassadorial sales abilities.
He credits his experience as a Sales Director - the
ability to be creative and work with all nationalities
and people in various circumstances and countries
- as being his greatest pleasure at work.
Erika Hearnshaw - Digital &
Marketing Manager
Erika joined Ren-Form in October
2011 and is married with 2
children and lives in the South of
Johannesburg.
With 15yrs of print experience, of which 8 is
in digital print and goes without saying that this
is her true passion. After returning to South
Africa in 2009, Erika worked as a Digital Sales
and Marketing Manager and subsequently joined
Ren-Form.
Erika is a member of various local and
international networks and holds a professional
qualification in Sales and Marketing Management
amongst other Digital and Management
Qualifications and Accreditations.
Duane Taylor - Factory Manager
Duane is married with 4 beautiful
children and lives in the South of
Johannesburg. Duane started his
career in 1980 as a collator assistant
at Moore Paragon Business Forms.
With his reputation as one of the better Minders
in the industry, Duane joined Ren-Form in 1996.
Duane was promoted to Factory Foreman, in
2010 he was promoted to Factory Manager.
Duane is with Ren-Form for 16 years now and is
a dedicated and passionate person who lives for
production and print perfection.

Reuben Chinnamunian - DTP & CTP Manager
Reuben is married with 2 daughters
and lives in the South West of
Johannesburg. Started his career
in 1981 as an apprentice Photo
lithographer at CPC
Reuben was a Foreman at CPC before moving to
New Standard Printers as a Photo lithographer in
1986.
Reuben decided to test the waters and moved to
Montage Print as a CTP/DTP manager, however
that was short lived and joined Ren-Form in 2005.
Reuben is a perfectionist and has a true passion
for DTP, Design aesthetics and CTP as is evident in
everything he does.
Nishen Murthi - Costing &
Estimating Manager
Nishen is our youngest team member
and by choice a single gentle giant.
Nishen lives in East Rand and started
in the print industry in 1999 as a
machine assistant at On Time
Printers.
Nishen has many talents and is hungry for
growth. He soon saw an opportunity for growth at
Ren-Form and became the senior estimator.
Nishen is a sought after manager who knows the
industry from print, outwork, finishing, planning and
quality delivery of all products on time every time.
His knowledge of production planning in sheetfed
and digital print operations are critical to the
success of rapidly growing Ren-Form.
