GAZA (Gap Analyzing Hazardous Area) is a fire risk management system based on ISO hazard parameters. The system aims to guarantee zero accidents in a company by predicting and preventing potential disasters. The system includes digitization of input processes, data analysis, and action based on SOP. The transformation of business processes to algorithm and database analysis leads to output in the form of web-based and Android-based apps. The presentation also mentions how one implementation can reshape the entire organization by following directions from the importance of continuous improvement, changing the behaviour and culture of a company, to synergy with other departments. Artificial intelligence is used to evaluate fire safety assessments through effective and efficient decision-making models. Additionally, it outlines future development guidelines for corporate structure synergy, asset management, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
