Summary
Essam Khalifa has Approximately 14 years experience in civil engineering with excellent hands-on site
supervision, projects feasible studies, review of shop drawings, material planning and submittals and
detailed design review. These years of experience mainly was on various disciplines and projects
including but not limited to High-Rise Buildings (Commercial, Residential), Hospitals, Schools, Landscape
projects, Infrastructure and oil & Gas Projects.
In addition to these engineering skills, Essam had acquired a considerable project management skills and

Project Description:-
The scope of works within this package include the modification of car barking ramp by cutting
of the existing RC walls and strengthened it by using CFRP In order to expand the entrances
and exits of all parking floors ( Six floors ).
F. Villas Complex For MR/ HAMAD RASHED ALNUAIMI Sector (W-9)
Project Description:-
The scope of works within this package include the construction and completion of THREE villas
that everyone has been executed to include (3 master bed room , dining room , activity room ,
