9. DIRECTIONS
(Batter)
1- Pour the milk and the flour on a bowl and with a cake mixer mix the
ingedients
2- In a pan melt the butter
3- Add the eggs and sugar to the mixture and continue mixing
4- Finally add the melted butter and the vainilla extract and continue mixing
TIP: Place the batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This allows the bubbles to subside so the crepes
will be less likely to tear during cooking.
10. Directions
(Crepe)
1- Heat a non-stick pan, add butter to coat.
2- Pour the batter on the middle of the pan and swirl to spread it.
3- Cook it until it gets brownish, then flip it.
4- Stuff it with the ingredients you like and then fold it.(optional)
5- Serve it hot.
