6. Scenarios
• Any car can be stopped by putting cones (or other soft barriers) around it.
Forcing driver to exit vehicle. Carjacking made easy!
• Passed out passenger being chased by police. Car won’t stop. When police
finally stop car, passenger wakes up and is assumed to have been evading
police.
• Anyone can create instant traffic jam by using electronic or laser based jamming
system from an overpass.
• Humans, not feeling concerned about angering a robotic driver, do not let it
onto the road, or force it off the road as an experiment.
• Any self-driving vehicle can be instantly disabled by hitting the LIDAR with a
hammer.
• Splattered tar on the front end from fresh asphalt may disable entire vehicle
• Police at intersection making signals can’t be seen by car
