This document outlines the Nordic Built program, which aims to promote sustainable refurbishment of existing buildings in the Nordic region. It consists of three complementary elements: defining the identity of the Nordic building sector; addressing significant societal challenges through the Nordic Built Challenge competition; and accelerating the use of new concepts through funding and joint projects. The Nordic Built Challenge calls for proposals to develop sustainable refurbishments for common building types that push limits. A future phase of the program will focus on lighthouse projects, international cooperation, and concrete neighborhood-level examples.

Nordic Call for Proposals
Objective: The Call shall contribute to the overall
