What's new in TRE for the Food Factor season

1. TRE ENHANCEMENTS Team Registration & Coach Invitation

2. Team Profile Screen New drop-down question asking for information regarding 4-H and Scout affiliations. ARL question removed. Coach Invitation

3. Coach Invitation Options 1. Purchaser is not the Coach - will invite Coach later 2. Purchaser is not the Coach – invite Coach now

4. 3. Yes I am the Coach Coach/Purchaser then directed to complete Coach Information.

5. If FSK is not purchased at the time of Team Registration, pop-up requiring a response appears.

6. Note that Team 122 – Robot Grocers has no Coach.

7. Invitation received Link To RSVP Coach – Yes or No?

8. If the Coach replies YES but can’t remember password they will get this message if they try to create a second account with the same email address.

9. If the invited Coach fails to respond you may now Resend previous invitation Delete Invitation Send new invitation

10. TRE ENHANCEMENTS EVENTS

11. Create custom message to teams who have applied for event. Team numbers now appear on Restricted Team List If teams choose your region as their Secondary Region they will appear on Restricted Teams List with their Primary Region noted.

12. Clarifying language added. Event Fee – required fields. If you have no fee enter 00.00 for Fee and N/A for Method and Process Clarifying language added. Event Contact email now required

13. Registration Closed message to Teams who try to apply to closed events.
