your emotional home. This is a home we
created into a program between 5 – 18 years
old.
• Celebrate don’t play small. say I don’t need an
excuse to feel good. Train your nervous system
to celebrate.

• We have a 2 million year old brain, trained to
survive and is always looking for what is wrong.
This survival program will make you stress over
the small stuff/little things.
• Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) controls
what you focus on at any moment ( it screens all
else so you can focus)
• Train your brain to find what is right. The more
you celebrate the more you will look to celebrate.

• You can change in a heartbeat with a radical
change to your Motion/Body or a Radical Change
to your focus.
• You are not the manager of circumstances; you
are the creator of your life.
• Focus on what you want and build desire for it.
Pour excitement and passion. If you have the
desire it means you have the ability to achieve it
built in.

diversity is everywhere, find what lights you up.
