• How often does the problem/need occur?
• Who & How many people are affected?
• How long have they been affected?
• How severe (significant) is the effect?
• What are the main foreseen causes?

• What is the problem? Cholera spread.

• How often does the problem occur? A case every week.
• Who & How many people are affected? 13 deaths, 20 affections and 250
suspected, mainly children
• How long have they been affected? Along the last six months.
• How severe (significant) is the effect? ………… level based on ….. indicators
• What are the main foreseen causes? Unclean water, less awareness,
wrong practices.
