Als Maria und Josef Falkensteiner ein kleines Gasthaus im Süd-
tiroler Ehrenburg mit nur sieben Betten eröffneten, konnte nie-
mand ahnen, welche Entwicklung der Familienbetrieb einmal
nehmen würde. Was bis heute geblieben ist, ist die Offenheit für
alles Neue und die Leidenschaft für herzliche Gastfreundschaft.
Nur wer sich seiner Wurzeln bewusst ist, kann erfolgreich neue
Wege gehen. Die Söhne Erich und Andreas Falkensteiner über-
nahmen den Betrieb von ihren Eltern und bauten ihn zu einem
international agierenden Vorzeigeunternehmen aus.
When Maria and Josef Falkensteiner opened a small hotel with
only seven beds in Ehrenburg, South Tyrol, nobody could have
known how the family business would develop one day. What
has remained up until today is an openness for all things new
and a passion for warm hospitality. Only those who are aware of
their roots can successfully head along new paths. The sons Erich
and Andreas Falkensteiner took over their parents’ business and
expanded it into an international flagship company.
