Afghanistan visual Media Management Strategy
in the Development of Media business

 Media debate and the development of media business are one of the key
issues in the communication field, which required careful consideration.
 Media is one of the most important means of advertising and great way to
Companies know the importance of media to publicity their commercials
by TV for improve their income and marketing.

This research is dependent on two variables:
• Media business to strengthen
media financial resources(dependent variable)
• Media
(independent variable)
 Self sufficiency of the media developing is a big challenge around the
world, but this challenge in Afghanistan media is very clear, because
media directors have not been able to define specific business models for
their activities.
 The lack of specific managerial patterns and non of professional
working strategy for find financial resources, also big problem in
Afghanistan.
Literature review
 literature review study, is one of the notable concepts in the
research, which requires to researcher spend a lot of time for
writing.
 If the researcher ignores this section, the research result of
comes with a lot of problems.
 There has been more research about media management strategy for the
development of business, but in the case, such research has not been carried out.
Because the war and security problems have caused the media to not be able to
function properly.
 Similar research has shown that there are many media activity for make money.
But Still, televisions in Afghanistan are have a lot of problems.
 research results show if visual media cant find supporter for activities me by not
working more.
 The findings of this study are similar to previous studies, but in
many cases they also appear to be different because the field of
media activity has been different from the previous research.
 Previous research has been the background of this research and
contributed greatly to highlighting the content of this research.
 Many Afghanistan visual media look at controversial issues with a
negative attitude, media outlets focusing on controversial issues are
struggling to stay in the public opinion and provide a platform for their
income.
 The opposition of the media to the functioning of the government is
another controversial issue that makes the government look at the media.
 As the government currently controls some of the media in a serious way,
it does not care about others.
This research have four hypotheses:
1. The presence of the international community in Afghanistan has led to a lot of media
outlets, but in the absence of the international community, media revenue may be reduced
and the activity of some media outlets ceases.
2. The lack of a clear system and business strategy in the past decade has led media outlets to
cause birth defects, so if visual media do not provide the National Media Strategy, their
future activities will not good.
3. Lack of sound management, lack of understanding of work responsibilities is one
of the reasons for the failure of the Afghan media to play, so as long as the media
outlets do not pay close attention to this important these important issue, their
activities my be not good.
4. The small and unprofessional look of some media directors has made media outlets,
informers, and public opinion lightening their main task to be forgotten by
commercial companies and political institutions.

 In this research, I used qualitative research by
focusing on the Focus group and interviewing.
