Leadership is the ability
to develop a vision that
motivates others to move
with a passion toward a
common goal.
3. Who is Leader?
One that leads or guides.
One who is in charge or in command of others.
One who has influence or power, especially of a political nature.

7. Leader : Leader must have an honest understanding of who you are, what you
know and what you can do as a Leader.
Follower: Leader must know his/her people. The fundamental starting point is
having a good understanding of human nature, such as needs, emotions and
motivation.
Communication: Leader must be a good communicator both verbal and non-
verbal.
Situation: Leader must have the decision making ability based on any situation.
