This document summarizes the development of MY.OHS, an online occupational health database system created over 8 years. It began as a way to digitize paper records from an Occupational Medicine Centre. The system was expanded to include modules for medical surveillance, audiometric testing, chemical health monitoring, and compliance with regulations. It uses a multi-tier architecture with separate administrative, business, and technical modules. The system streamlined processes, improved efficiency and compliance. Challenges included technical issues, changing requirements, and resource constraints. Overall, MY.OHS helped centralize occupational health records and facilitate analysis to support prevention efforts.
