I have personally maintained my goal weight for the past 6 months without
following any strict diet. Going on a fad diet (low calorie, low carb, low fat
diet) which strictly prohibits certain foods may make you feel like a prisoner.
So although eating healthy is number one rule, it important to break that
rule sometimes and indulge in your favourite foods in moderation
occasionally. These can be cakes, fries, chips etc.
If you think you need to follow a super strict diet for the rest of your life, you
are setting yourself for failure. Find a healthy diet which is “sustainable” for
long term.

Ensure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. Keep a big water
