He has represented issuers and investment banks in several equity and debt offerings in the Middle East, the CIS, Eastern Europe and in Latin America, as well as private equity groups, bidders and targets in multimillion-dollar corporate combinations in the CIS and Middle East. Mr Salinas led the D&L team that won the IFLR "IPO of the Year" Middle Eastern award for both 2006 and 2008. He was also a key member of the team that worked on one of the first single-listing GDR offerings to list on the London Stock Exchange.
