 1 Onion, Chopped

Powder
 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
Pepper
 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
 1/2 Cup Low-sodium
Chicken Stock
 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
 2 Teaspoons Cider
Vinegar
 Salt And Pepper

5. 1. Place meat in Sautee Pan and cook until done.
2. Add 1 chopped onion, garlic, and spices. Sautee.
3. Dice the 2nd onion, tomatoes; and slice avocado.
Place on serving dishes.
4. Prepare and serve with sour cream and ranch
dressing.
