Notes de l'éditeur
First, I tried guilt by sending out periodic emails to the whole team reminding them that others were making the time to contribute and why couldn't everyone.
Then I sent an email to the unit listing all staff members who never posted on the platform -- the name and shame approach that one brought a few more staff into the net.
Finally, I used incentives -- I told my staff that contributing to team communication and sharing would be the main factor I use in evaluating their "teamwork" score on their OPEs.
