I assist marketers and business leaders to improve competitiveness and deliver better omnichannel customer experience by providing advice and leadership in research, creative brand strategy and service design.
Long before I decided to pursue an independent career, I was struck by how many companies actually lack strategies based on real human insights, which has negative effects on product development, marketing communication and use of distribution channels.
