Corporation, Chinese party will be mainly shareholder
• CSSC Cruise Technology Development Company (CCTD): CCTD was registered in Pudong,
Shanghai in April 2016 by SWS (70%), GSI (10%), MARIC (10%) and SDARI (10%), cruise and
related components R&D was descripted as its business scope.
• General contractor: a joint venture established in Hong Kong by CCTD (60%) and Fincantieri
(40%).
• Construction period: 2018-2022 (the first ship)
• Unbinding MOU signed in Sep. 2016, plan to sign the contract in 2017 and start the construction
in 2018
